This picture has been on my site for around three years without complaint. Unfortunately, according to the Subject, the Subject was called in to see a First Southampton Manager, and as a result of their "little chat", feels that the Subject would be "in trouble".

I have therefore felt obliged to pixellate the Subject's features so that all traces of identification are removed, in order to protect the Subject.
This petty quibbling on the part of First Southampton does reinforce somewhat, my opinion that certain First Southampton managers are nasty, vindictive, malicious crap (in my opinion - shared with many others). 
There is, I am sure most sane people would agree, absolutely nothing about the original picture which could cause offence to anyone.  (Except, maybe, a First Southampton manager..... and even then, it is difficult to see how...)
